Out for delivery, wait all day for it to be delayed due to "dangerous weather" on a Friday been sunny and nice out all week and is still nice (but hot). expected it to come Saturday.... Nope. Figured it would come Monday since i had another package coming... nope. Guess these non existent hurricanes are pretty rough. Nowhere from where the package is coming from to where i am has there been any "dangerous weather" its just a bs excuse they use when they loose your package i guess.
Wish I could give zero stars, only ever have problems with Fed-Ex deliveries when the packages arrive at the Mt. Juliet location. Going on day #3 of my package allegedly being delivered with adult signature required, been home for two days rearranging my schedule to not miss the package that is "out for delivery" only to have it rescheduled at the end of the day due to "failed delivery attempt"......complete lies with no door tags left and I've been here for two days waiting on the package. Somehow my package did not get delivered to my UPS post box. I found out later the error was created by the person who shipped the package. It had nothing to do with FedEx. This was a time sensitive Aeration system for fish that are in a pond in dire need of circulation. The Aeration system was scheduled to be delivered today when my company had blocked the time off to make sure we got it installed as soon as it was delivered. Thankfully, Deborah from the FedEx team reached out! She was super helpful and went the extra mile ... read more

Even though customer area was under construction there were clear instructions on number to call and they brought out packages fast on a golf cart to my car. Staff were very nice and helpful
