never once has my package arrived on time from this facility and apparently locating an 80lb package is really hard for them.
FedEx ground can not deliver packages, my last one was to be held at Walgreens for my pickup. Their customer service is terrible and will lie to you on the phone. They refuse to check with the local hub, and claim that an escalation can only go one level up from the first person. I actually asked if they'd like me to file a police report against the driver and was told that would be fine. Terrible compayn
Whoever delivers packages from 2-3pm today and yesterday in the sussex area needs to be fired. Yesterday they delivered my package 5 buildings down when my apartment is clearly marked and today my package is delivered not in my apartment building. Whoever this person is lazy and selfish. Do they ever wonder whose lives they are affecting or whats in these packages? I never had an issue with packages being in the wrong spot for the 3 years ive lived here.
