This FedEx has failed to deliver my package twice now. It was marked as out for delivery on Saturday and went back to the station. Then it was marked as out for delivery today and went back to the station. Now the delivery date is set for tomorrow. This is ridiculous. It should not have been “Out for delivery” twice and not delivered.

Still waiting for my package. It’s been sitting at this location for a week. They keep putting my package on the truck and taking it off. FedEx has been in my neighborhood everyday since. I have called three times with no explanation as to why it’s being delayed. This is unacceptable. Customer support will not let you talk and they don’t care.

This FEDEX location is the least customer centric company I’ve ever encountered. On 2 occasions, packages were not delivered on time and had to be returned to the senders. I’m currently waiting for another delivery that is 2 days late. This is the third time they have pushed the delivery back, after promising delivery times.
