Absolute worst shipping company that exists i’m on double digit packages that are supposed to get delivered on a day. Don’t make it that Day the warehouse is 15 minutes from my house. I am fed up with the FedExcuses! I would give them a ZERO rating if I could because they suck so bad! I know they'll never read this, but if by chance someone does, QUIT YOUR JOB THERE! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!
OMGOSH!!!! THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT DELIVERY SERVICE COMPANY EVER! THEY LIE TO CYA ON A DAILY BASIS! YOU CAN'T EVEN GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP LOCATED IN THE U.S.! I HAD 2 PACKAGES THAT WERE TO BE DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY 3/25/2026...1 WAS DELIVERED NO PROBLEM. THE 2ND PACKAGE IS STILL SITTING IN A TRAILER SINCE TUESDAY! PROMISES ARE BEING MADE TO DELIVER IT TOMORROW...APPARENTLY TOMORROW NEVER COMES. AND CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY GETS YOU MORE LIES!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a piece of furniture to be delivered in 6 different boxes. It was supposed to arrive on a Friday. Friday morning comes and so does the delivery truck where a man tells me that “they didn’t want him to take the package but he was already going over here” (AKA by my house) so he did to ensure I got my delivery on time. 4/6 boxes showed up on the delivery date. The next two were supposed to arrive that night. Never did. Next one shows up Saturday, and the last one says “delayed” at my loca... read more
