Hello, I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue with FedEx deliveries to my residence and the driver currently servicing our route. This is not based on a single delivery. We have repeatedly experienced packages being left in inappropriate locations rather than being brought to our front door or placed in a reasonably secure and protected area. Worst logistics company, no follow through. The contractors they hire to deliver lie about why they don't deliver(I have cameras and was home) FedEx will not do anything about it,packages hang in limbo waiting for a driver that will do their job, I avoid whenever possible. Have stopped doing business with several shippers since they exclusively use FedEx. Shippers beware
Worst customer service
Very horrible service they will literally hold your package the entire weekend! And not deliver! Even when they are open for business! I wish companies will not choose them for delivery services!
