Whoever delivers in Onalaska does NOT know how to read addresses. This is the 3rd time that your driver on Vilas St delivered my package to the wrong address. The last time, the person who lives at the house where it was delivered kept my package (said it never came). Tell your drivers that package delivery is important for people working from home and they can't just be lazy and deliver wherever they want. Get your act together or hold your drivers accountable. *edit 12/22 Fedex Holmen. I've had multiple deliveries of live animals not dropped off for one reason or another, timing never accurate, and more for months. Worst delivery service I've ever experienced. I've had drivers not even come up to the door before leaving, no updates on arrival and then packages not delivered same day for express shipping that I paid for. Every single package FedEx has delivered to me has been damaged beyond repair.
Horrible! Anyone using any form of Fed Ex needs to have their head examined. After being told by their customer service people my package was at their express location on French Island I found to my chagrin no package and I had to leave work to get there before they closed I find nope we sent it to your Billing address. So then I had drive back to Sparta to my billing address where I dont live and find which person stole my package. Which its gone a 200 dollar part they just left at a BILLING address.
