Trash on all levels. Drivers routinely steal high ticket packages and mark them as "missing" then Fedex sides with the drivers and does nothing internally.
DRIVER STOLE THE CONTENTS OF MY PACKAGE!!! I had 2 Samsung phones delivered today that needed to be signed for. After receiving, opened it and just had empty Samsung boxes that were torn apart then turned the box over and noticed it had been opened then taped again. I have spent all day trying to get ahold of Fedex to help and they have been useless
How the driver make an atempt to make a delivery at 10:04am when the store it supposed to be open at 11am. The drivers don't do the assignment on check when the stores open.
I have had a package sitting at this location which is the final one before delivery for 2 days and it keeps getting “scheduled for delivery next business day.” Ridiculous. Edit: After leaving this review I find it ironic that both the packages I was supposed to have delivered from fedex this day were delivered to the wrong address streets over from mine.
