Not the good for Delivery on Saturday I was waiting for my package to come in the mail it don’t show up at my house hopefully it comes by this afternoon when I get home I am going to be waiting for my package when I get home it should have gone through ups are the mail lady

Diamond in the rough. I had a delivery concern on a Friday. Not expecting a resolution until the next business day. To my surprise, I was contacted sunday morning. A polite phone call to personally let me know, the issue has been resolved. I'd like to show my appreciation to Lorrie, and the Fed Ex ground management team.
