100% The worst delivery company that currently operates on planet Earth. I genuinely get mad when I order something online, I get the tracking number and it's a FedEx tracking number. I think to myself, "I'm not getting my package am I?" And no, I rarely ever do. How is this possible? How is it possible for one company to be THIS irresponsible and still be in business?
I had $700 worth of truck tires delivered and I had put in the instructions to set them on my front porch behind the gate or somewhere secluded while I was at work and they have left it in my front yard for anyone to steal. I had to pay someone to go get them before someone stole them right out in the open. If it was an option I wouldn't have chose Fedex to deliver it, common sense was not used.
Absolutely awful!!! Go through UPS or USPS you’re better off! They lost my package in the delivery process and it’s taking jt them days to locate it! I even paid for exspress! DONT DO IT ****UPDATE THEY LOST MY PACKAGE I NOW FILED A CLAIM!*******
Absolutely the worst delivery drivers ever package are never on time constantly delayed or just never show up I have called them many times just to be able to get my package after a week of it being delayed one time it was delayed then I got a notification it was delivered I checked and no package look on the app and they delivered to the dollar general 1 mile from my house the most laziest people ever
