I wish I could give them zero stars, not that it would matter because they take no pride in their work and have zero integrity. Their drivers are inconsiderate, and lie about delivery times. They do not deliver on Sundays from this location but others do. They dont answer or work with you. I dont trust them and I hate when I am forced to work with them.
Driver called and was very rude said he didnt wanna go up the stairs to my apartment so he just decided to not deliver my package
There ai bot won’t let me speak to a representative and I don’t appreciate getting told by a bot that I can’t speak to a person
Fedex is horrible! They say one thing and then change it to do something else then blame you when it gets messed up!
