Fedex is horrible! They say one thing and then change it to do something else then blame you when it gets messed up!
Been driving around my city with my package for 2 weeks claiming to be delivered by usps just for them to change there mind and delivere it them selves which they could of been done also no updates customer services wouldn't connect me to a supervisor no local phone number UPS IS BETTER
FedEx driver short cut through my back yard and drive way. Tried to call to complain and nothing but computer AI run around. This customer service is insulting and disrespectful.maybe that's were your divers get it from. SHAME!
