Only giving 3 stars because there are no signs or clear directions on how to drop off/pick up packages. It's all gated in. Other than that it was fast once we got a hold of someone.
Needs to have negative stars. This company is absolutely terrible
Delivery driver did not follow instructions. I had to make two trips to the distribution center to pick up my new phone. A waste of a quarter tank of gas when all the delivery driver had to do was knock on my door.
Delivery record after 3 attempt, nill. I had to call several customer service lines until I was able to hold the package at the FedEx facility. Online experience, terrible. Customer service #1, terrible. Customer service #2, reasonable. Then the 30 minute drive to get the package myself. Do better FedEx!!
