Great service, wonderful staff at the location. They always work really and go above and beyond. Customer service is a calling, and each of the workers here rise to the occasion. If you've a bad experience it's definitely worth at least another shot. I would 100% use FedEx over UPS or USPS if I had an option, and you should too.
FedEx driver headed south on Pine Island Road between Atlantic Blvd and Southgate Blvd at 1pm driving extremely recklessly. Cut me and other drivers in front of me off. Cars around him switched lanes to get away from him. There was then road work ahead, so everyone had to merge. He almost caused a pile up by speeding up excessively to block the driver in front of me from merging before him.
