This is the worst Fedex hub I’ve ever dealt with. The drivers make no attempt to deliver the packages and regularly mark things as undeliverable or barcode damaged so they can delay delivery. Even after calling FedEx and being assured that my package would be re-delivered the same day, the driver again marked it so they wouldn’t have to complete the delivery. One of the worst FedEx facilities I’ve ever dealt with. The driver delivering from this facility seems to completely ignore delivery requests and instructions. We had two packages from Home Depot. The first package, worth about $80, was handled by this Pompano Beach facility. After the first delivery attempt, when nobody was at our business, we called FedEx and specifically requested that the package be left at the front door even if the business was closed. Terrible experience very disrespectful employees doesn’t wanna do any work. Came here at 5:45 for a pick up. They close at six the worker did not want to go and get my order from the back.

I have a delivery that's supposed to have been delivered from wisconsin. I have a big closable delivery box on my front porch by my door, bixby specifically says on top of the lid Leave packages in box l, USPS, UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON First delivery attempt I come to find a door hanger on my door, i call customer service. Withholding my package with my property in it, with an active fraud case on it that I opened. I had to end up calling the police and will have to end up taking legal action against them to get my own property back. Security lady told me on the phone yesterday to come today with documentation, today will not even meet with me to examine documentation, went straight to call the police. Refused to give me her information for the court filing against fed ex.
