This is the 15th time my package has been delivered to the wrong address. My address is clearly marked in two different places in front of my house. My normal driver is Keith and he is awesome! He delivers my packages to my house every time without any issues. It must have been his day off. The driver did not compare the address on the package to the address on the house which is clearly marked in two different VISABLE places in front of my home. THOROUGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. Just had the fedex truck pull into my driveway, back down the driveway...ran over our road sign and just left and didnt leave my damn package, now it wont be here until next week, this is bull crap and im so sick of this location
This is the worst Fedex location! Nothing ever comes on time. There is nobody who takes responsibility for operations. Drivers don’t deliver if they don’t want to. Push off deliveries to future days! I had an overnight important package Not delivered yesterday. The App says correct address BS! Call 800 number. Confirmed the address IS correct. Driver just didn’t want to deliver on a Friday at 2 pm. Horrible!! CS was no help. Beware if you have something coming from this facility. It should be shut down in my opinion!!!
Driver left package at the wrong address. Clearly the building number was incorrect. I had to play hunt and find today because the delivered photo failed to include the adress. Do better FedEx.
