Have a very expensive package that was overnight shipped by the company. I was told by FedEx to expect the package today from 10:30 to 2:00 and a signature was required. Here we are at 9:30 at night, I've called customer service 3 times today and promised it was coming, only to finally be told... "We don't know where it is, or why it wasn't delivered". Wish the driver for my area would pay some attention for when packages need to be delivered. I've been waiting on a package since last Tuesday and still have not received it. I keep getting told they have until 8pm which is crap.
had 2 seperate packages first one was a day late and i’ve been waiting for 2 days and on both days it said it was supposed to be here from 11:15am-3:15pm in staunton. biggest joke of a delivering company
Waited around the house all day for my delivery. I Watched the live updates for tracking where it was and he went right by my house around 3 pm. The delivery is on ice so now I have to wait until Monday with these high temperatures and hope the food item is ok. Not sure what really happened or why the driver just never showed up. No way to get ahold of anyone.
Zachary keeps driving from Staunton to my neighborhood in Charlottesville, driving around the neighborhood while I watch him on the tracking map, then just getting back on the highway and driving my package back to Staunton. It's been 3 days in a row now, I get the email that Your package is arriving today, and I get to watch Zachary drive soooooo close to my house, then get on the highway and leave.
