Don't follow directions as given
For some reason, despite living far away, this is the location that my packages are routed through. First one, they just took a picture of a random farm and then said 'delivered.' The second, they did the same, but threw the package on the side of the road. 8 miles away from the delivery address. The third one I had routed elsewhere. They lost that one too, despite marking it as delivered. Not sure how this company is allowed to keep operating. I will make sure not to use FedEx again.
