The delivery driver, “Jalen” didn’t deliver my perishable food items. The next day, he “attempted delivery” and uploaded a picture of the inside of his truck. I was on the phone with FEDEX sitting outside waiting for him 2 hours past the delivery window when he “attempted delivery” what a joke. I’d rather use carrier pigeons than FedEx for anything.
I'm reading all of these reviews and I am experiencing the exact same thing. I've been on the phone for 2 days now and FedEx has held me hostage in my home over a package. I have screamed and yelled and been the biggest Karen that anybody could ever want to see. Everyone that is writing these reviews needs to get together we need a class action lawsuit. Fedex is completely worthless. Paid all kinds of money to overnight a live animal to me just for it to be held at the Theodore address all day until they closed. They kept pushing my delivery time further and further until they close.
Fed Ex is a joke! They say your package is out for delivery then it changes to incorrect address... I call they say we will send your package again, so I have someone sit at my house all day for the package while I'm at work and no one ever comes. Friday is here and I stay home from work to sign for the package due to it being delivered today just to be told it want be delivered again until Monday, when I have to be at work. This is so stupid! Hire people that want to work! I can't stand ignorant people!!!! I paid over $600 ... read more
