These drivers just decide to cancel deliveries for no reason. They just dont want to deliver an item so do not make the attempt it is beyond ridiculous.

If I could this company zero stars then I would. Every time I use USPS it comes on time AND they get it to my house. But APPARENTLY FedEx people just don't know what address numbers are or something. First time delivered to somebody else's house and now it never even got delivered.

Had done of your drivers park in my handicap parking place at my apt. Bay Breeze apt. Daphne Al. When addressed your drivers he said he didn't give a damn!... I told him all I need is a little respect...he said he is making a delievery and didn't cares...told him I'm calling fedex...he said don't care amd well be back tomorrow looking for me...I called spoke to some one amd filed a complaint ..so far no one had called me as promised...this needs to be addressed. Had a settlement check overnighted the guy left it on the porch it got wet. I had to have another check sent out. Requested a signature so it wouldn’t be ruined this time.I waited 12 hrs called to confirm and this person just lies and says no one is home like there’s not a ring camera in my yard. Also the alerts aren’t accurate on the app. I was told my packaged arrived at their location early and my package would be delivered early. Whoever delivered my package today, threw it violently on my front porch! it was a heavy box! It was completely torn apart. My packages from Fedex often come beat up and items damaged. Please train your drivers better. Our orders are not garbage and should be handled with care!!!
