Online FedEx Tracking - 399412204823 I'm a disabled veteran. I'm always home. Two of my packages showed up with a driver so I know they don't have issues getting here. But the other other package never showed up. Nobody knocked on my door, But lied about me not being here. I used to be a driver with UPS. This is one of those moments I wish I gave up my right to privacy and had a ring camera.
It's been days and they keep coming up with excuses on why they "can't" deliver my package and now I have to go an hour from where I live because they don't want to do their jobs
They lie and say you aren't available to receive the delivery. Well buckeroo, I was airing out my house this morning after mopping. Both doors that are visible from the access road were wide open and I was sitting on the porch. There were 2 vehicles in the driveway. Since I'm a paranoid one, there were also 4 different cameras with which I can, and have verified nobody attempted to deliver.
Constantly loses packages or break them and sends them back. Don’t bother calling their customer support it’ll just make you more angry and you’ll get no information or help.
I got a call from FedEx Ground that they had two undeliverable packages for me and they were about to return them to the sender unless I wanted to pick them up. I drove there and things had definitely changed since the last time I was there years ago. Be sure to park in the customer parking area and locate the entrance gate.
