This is the worst location to get something delivered from. I have a package that I have to sign for. I have been home 2 days in a row waiting on this delivery. The original receipt day they say they tried to deliver but no one was home to sign. You're driver is a liar. The next day, says couldn't find the address. I talked to the helper across the street and asked if they were coming back up this side and she said yes. Again they are liars. Now I call and they tell me I have to contact the sender! That's BS!!! They have my 700 dollar automotive part. It was set up for 2day shipping/delivery. Its been over a week, all they have been doing is putting it on a truck and taking it back to the warehouse. I want my replacement for an already FAILING part.
My package was left at a pickup point on a Friday evening at 630. Of course everything is closed and won't be open on the weekend. FEDEX SUCKS! Im sure the driver was at the end of his shift and just decided to leave the plg. Fedex needs to be shut down!! Never again. UPS ALL THE WAY! It clearly states my correct address on the pkg.
