Jacameron is the absolute worst driver ever!!! If it’s raining he either doesn’t deliver or he puts it in the mailbox, which I believe is illegal. He throws package or leaves them at the edge of the covered porch to get wet rather than 2 more steps forward to place at the door. I have asked the 800 number at least 5 times this year to have a local supervisor call me due to this worthless driver. Crickets!! The 800 people can’t even get an answer to emails from the terminal!! Don’t know how they are still in business.
Second time in a row my package just sits at this place. Funny thing this time is that another package was delivered to me while the other said business closed. I’m not a business and fedex is horrible.
Good luck getting packages delivered to the correct address. Supervisors refuse to return calls or rectify the situation.
