The worst experience I’ve ever had with any shipping company ever. Every representative To me multiple times directly to my face and told me they couldn’t give me a supervisor but then once I complained to a little bit more, they finally got me a supervisor so obviously they all just tell lies nonstop worst company ever!!!
The driver treated my house like a stop sign. He stopped, then left. Never got out of the truck! 4 times! This is called an attempted delivery. Now I have to pick up my packages. Pathetic!
On 10/30/25 I purchased an expensive one-of-a-kind item card on eBay. The seller shipped the card to eBay for authentication and then eBay shipped the card to me via FedEx. I received emails from FedEx stating my package was set to be delivered on 11/6/25 and that a signature would be required due to the value of the package.
