The driver treated my house like a stop sign. He stopped, then left. Never got out of the truck! 4 times! This is called an attempted delivery. Now I have to pick up my packages. Pathetic!
On 10/30/25 I purchased an expensive one-of-a-kind item card on eBay. The seller shipped the card to eBay for authentication and then eBay shipped the card to me via FedEx. I received emails from FedEx stating my package was set to be delivered on 11/6/25 and that a signature would be required due to the value of the package. Easy to get in and out
FedEx tried to send my package Sunday no notification no nothing and sent me an email saying wrong address. I been calling since Sunday to see what the issue is every time giving them my address. Today is Wednesday and the rep just now saying the seller put the wrong address on the package. FedEx still have not updated when my package is coming. The representatives are no help and as of now they can’t even locate my package. Worst service ever from seller and delivery service.
From the most trusted to absolute garbage. Never trust any service they offer. It doesn’t work. My package is miles away for me to pick up when it should have been at a local store yesterday. Now they’re closed for the holiday, and I can’t even find a way to get a human on the line to confirm it even got to the FedEx holding place. FedEx sucks.
