Very bad. They tell you your package is close and they don’t deliver it until 3 days later. Will not be delivering through FedEx again.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with any shipping company ever. Every representative To me multiple times directly to my face and told me they couldn’t give me a supervisor but then once I complained to a little bit more, they finally got me a supervisor so obviously they all just tell lies nonstop worst company ever!!!
The driver treated my house like a stop sign. He stopped, then left. Never got out of the truck! 4 times! This is called an attempted delivery. Now I have to pick up my packages. Pathetic!
