Delivery window 10-2 did not happen. Email sent ,driver stated no one home to sign for the package. I was at home the entire day and I verified with FedEx customer service my package does not require a signature.He just never came. The following day, I was at home waiting again. Package not delivered cause the apartment wasn't on there. Ok. I called and fixed that. And told them before 5 main office. After 5 I'm home. Still tried to deliver to apartment. Told him on my camera to take it to apartment main office. He said ok. Never delivered it. I called they said they'd have it delivered by 8pm. Never came. Called and explained all this and I'm told there was no apartment number so they couldn't deliver it. I explained 6 separate times. They lied said they delivered my package never did or even took a picture there driver stole the package
Very bad. They tell you your package is close and they don’t deliver it until 3 days later. Will not be delivering through FedEx again.
