Every time something is shipped to our address via fed ex, it is delayed. Sometimes for weeks. Always says our for delivery and then either, there was a problem, attempted delivery, back to warehouse. Etc etc. we’ve called multiple times. Nothing is ever done.

The fedex driver lied saying i was not home at 244pm. When I have game camera on my driveway. He never came to my house. But on the tracking site lied saying not home. Never useing fedex again

I have had many packages shipped through this facility. It’s an awful experience. There is no phone number for the local facility. There have been many packages that say they are out for delivery and they never come. Most of the time they don’t even attempt delivery. They also never update the order status after not delivering. They still show out for delivery. They could use a lot of improvement and I know it will never happen.

Delivered to wrong house in neighborhood. Impossible to find anyone to help you sort it out. Address given to Walmart was correct but driver Eric delivered incorrectly. 800 number automated line kept saying my tracking number was invalid although I was entering it directly from the package my neighbor returned to me. It is NOT my neighbor's or my job to sort out your errors.

Fed ex came to my house with my delivery, looked on his truck and said the box wasn't there. Called the 1800 number the next day and was told it was on the truck for delivery. Guess what .....no delivery. Fed ex needs to hire people that know what they are doing. Customer service should have called the facility that my package was being delivered frommy and find out what's going on.
