Well I'm officially a part time FedEx driver due to how many wrong packages get delivered to my house once a week. Even with signs posted on the front of my door, telling them to verify address they continue to place someone else's package at my front door. Then it becomes my problem. If FedEx customer support could help resolve this issue that would be great
Every delivery service has their problems and their one offs. For this surrounding area FedEx is the worst. From FedEx losing $550 worth of tires delivering them to Pep Boys for them to install on my vehicle which both sides refused to man up their mistake. To their typical lazy behavior of leaving my items out in the open where people can see it driving past versus following my basic instructions to leave it at the front door. at this point just dissasemble and start selling phone books, cause your not doing deliveries. 3 days in arow just receiving email that customer was available, no notification on ring camera, i ran outside no fedex van to be seen.
Ordered 4 new tires. 3 showed up. Have called every number possible and all i get is a response that it will be delivered at noon, rhen at 3 now at 5. How about tell me where it is and ill go retrieve it myself
I paid for fast delivery, I keep getting notification telling me different dates it will be delivered. They have no idea where my package is. Awful
