Drivers apparently only deliver a package if they feel like it. I would estimate 30-50% of our deliveries take 2-3 "attempts". I will get a text in the morning saying it is on the truck, see the driver nearby on the map, then around 3-4 pm, it will say "delivery attempted", which is a lie, and say, "location security restrictions" as the reason. There are no security restrictions.

Im sorry but when the driver doesnt even go into the neighborhood and you can see him pull away and then you recieve a notification saying I wasnt at my door, there is aproblem with the driver. This has happened twice. And the crazy thing the first excuse was that it was a wrong address. Then it was I wasnt at my own door and lastly it was the package was damaged.. what is the truth fed ex??? Come on and be ethical. At least call the person you are delivering to. I'm looking at all of the other reviews for this facility and I have never seen a business get a one on every single review. And now I understand why. I was supposed to have received my package 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for it. I've called the facility, been given the runaround by their phone system (no human to talk to) and cannot seem to locate my package. Looking at my tracking information, I keep seeing at the facility, back to the truck, back to the facility, back to the truck and so forth. It's unbelievable. I o... read more

This FedEx location is horrible! 4 days in a row they won’t deliver my package that was supposed to be here last Thursday! Horrible company! It keeps saying next business day and then keeps getting postponed!
