I so wish I could do zero stars for FedEx Ex deliveries in Republic, MO. I have lived at my apartment for 1 1/2 years and they always deliver my packages to the wrong address, almost every freaking time! It is absolutely MIND BLOWING! One day I wasn't even expecting anything, and the driver left 7 packages, all with different addresses, on my doorstep! SEVEN! None of them mine! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Completely unprofessional and I'm convinced they are trying to steal the laptop we ordered. It's been 6 DAYS of saying it would be delivered with no actual reason given as to WHY they keep saying that it can't be delivered.
Attempted delivery but never entered the complex, useless.
Absolutely rude. And slow. Canceled my overnight shipment for parts I needed for no reason. Made excuses and did not help in anyway.
Falsification of shipping/tracking records by claiming our business was closed. We received an email at about 2 p.m. on a Saturday with the FedEx tracking saying that contact was made at 3 p.m. We're open until 7 p.m. Mon-Sat, so..... We'd also like to know where our shipment of roughly $1500 from Dallas/Fort Worth disappeared to. Fun update that after posting this 1 star review, they suddenly want to deliver to our business on Sunday, KNOWING WE'RE CLOSED.
