Yeah, so FedEx apparently has no accountability for their drivers whatsoever. My package was supposed to have been delivered three days ago and someone was home the entire day every day it was supposed to be here. But the drivers, instead of doing their job, just decide to say nobody was home and that they’re sorry they missed us. It’s a joke and then good luck calling to actually file any kind of a complaint. Horrible customer service and delivery service. They put the package was deliverable at 4:38 pm but I received the notice at 4:11 pm. I guess they can predict the future? Unfortunately they couldn't fix the problem and nobody could figure out where the package was or how to release it.
Once again the driver placed my package in plain view of the road, at the edge of my porch and not in the parcel delivery box as instructed. I’ve tried calling the 1-800 number and got hung up on as soon as I got a live person.
Horrible delivery. They sent it to the wrong house and my package looks all beat up with dents everywhere. Sad really when they couldve dropped it of into the mailbox since it was big enough. Also everytime I call i get redirected to India. They couldve called the driver and let them know their mistake but alas...they cant do that. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
