Every time I get a package from them it shows up at night. Then you don’t even get it on time and they won’t let you pick up your own stuff.
People standing all outside of the building. They say to call after 2 to pick up your package then nobody answers the phone. Customer service in person is awesome though. Everyone was helpful.
This FedEx is awful. I have made 3 complaints on three different packages and nothing is corrected. They leave my packages at the roadway to be stolen instead of driving down my driveway to deliver. They constantly state undieverable not home but I am retired and always home just a lie. Our delivery dates are always changed then never delivered. I should not have to be lied too then have to search for my package and call the purchaser about refunds. Worst company ever I will do my best to not use FedEx again.
These delivery drivers are literally incompetent. They do not deliver packages to the CORRECT address. Horrible and their drivers are thieves
