Does not follow instructions at all…told them to leave package at holding location Walgreens! Next day find out they put the package on the vehicle for delivery without my authorization back to an address that is has risks of packages getting stolen!
Customer package pick up sucks.waitied 20 minutes and then someone showed up and waited another 10 minutes.
The drivers are terrible. no way to contact the center to report them. no one cares. this place should be shut down.

With no true incentive she went well above and beyond to help me find a solution. Because of her I will ship all inventory through fedex as I have new found faith in this company. Amazing work Shari and fedex team!!
