I keep getting my package stolen because they do not follow directions. I have signs posted. They keep leaving my packages in front of my building so people can steal them. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬They are worse than USPS and UPS.
My Package was put in the Fedex Groung pacage car on Monday Sept. 8th. 2025 6am to be delivered to me the same. Today is Sept. 11th. 2025 and it is still showing in the truck when I track it. I went to the 95 Demarest Dr. Wayne Location yesterday and today, I was told the pakage is no where to be found. Very unprofessional service and no accountability. Another package has gone missing again.
Does not follow instructions at all…told them to leave package at holding location Walgreens! Next day find out they put the package on the vehicle for delivery without my authorization back to an address that is has risks of packages getting stolen!
Customer package pick up sucks.waitied 20 minutes and then someone showed up and waited another 10 minutes.
