My package is 5 days delayed. No delivery date given. Called and talked to customer service twice and they both said the same thing. A ticket to expedite was put in earlier but the second person said it had been 2 days and the warehouse hadn’t even looked at the ticket yet. So frustrating.

Another frustrating experience with FedEx. I’ve been waiting two days for a package that requires a signature. Initially, it was scheduled for delivery between 9:30–11:30 AM on Sunday, but it was placed on the wrong truck. I wasn’t informed it wouldn’t arrive until 7:30 PM—after spending the entire day at home waiting. Now it’s Monday, and instead of prioritizing the delayed package, my delivery window was set for 1–5 PM, and we’ve already passed that time.
