How does my package get on a delivery truck at 11am then I see one pass by my cameras without trying to make any attemt to my house at 1:30pm, but I just think it might be on another truck... come to find out at 4:30pm they retured the package back to the "FedEX location"... that is a waste of my time. DELAYS!!! Like many reviewers are expressing that seems to be the status quo with Fedex lately. I’m FedUp with FedEx. I’m I may need to inform my supplier that if they continue to ship products to me through FedEx. I may have to look elsewhere. They don’t even tell you why it takes nine days what normally takes UPS 3 to 5 days from the same region. They just say, “ DELIVERY EXCEPTION.” whatever that’s supposed to mean therefore, it shows up whenever they want to deliver it, but not on the day that they state leaving your pac... read more

I do almost anything I can to avoid using fed ex and will even pay more or switch who I buy from if I know ahead of time that they use them. Avoid them like the plague. My package has been in Sacramento for 2 days but instead of delivering it they would rather hold it for the scheduled delivery date that I keep trying to tell them I won’t be home and know I’ll have to deal with all that bs for signing the package. Had vacation hold set to expire on 2/23. It is now 2/25 and I have had 2 packages still not delivered. The station or courier is putting in exception, saying I request a hold. Have called customer service twice. Still no packages. If I had a choice, I would not use fedex ground or fedex home delivery.
