Stole package, and never updated me. I called and called and called but again no update. Told me they will not investigate where the package is for me.
For a shipping company, they are never on time. Literally. I would say 8 times out of 10 they are late. They like to use the weather as an excuse or anything as an excuse really. When other delivery companies deal with the same weather in the Sacramento area and make their deliveries on time. If I could chose the shipping company used when making purchases I would never use fedex and pay a couple extra dollars for whoever I’m buying from not to use them.
