I do almost anything I can to avoid using fed ex and will even pay more or switch who I buy from if I know ahead of time that they use them. Avoid them like the plague. My package has been in Sacramento for 2 days but instead of delivering it they would rather hold it for the scheduled delivery date that I keep trying to tell them I won’t be home and know I’ll have to deal with all that bs for signing the package. Had vacation hold set to expire on 2/23. It is now 2/25 and I have had 2 packages still not delivered. The station or courier is putting in exception, saying I request a hold. Have called customer service twice. Still no packages. If I had a choice, I would not use fedex ground or fedex home delivery.

The staff are kind, but unfortunately they lost our package and were not willing to investigate further once it was noted that the package had been shipped in December.

I was trying to drop off a package for express shipping. This location does not do express shipping,. I did find an express shipping on Bruceville and consumer River inside 🎯 parking lot. I hope this helps 🙂
