Absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone. Robo assistance insists on holding you hostage believing it can help with something it can't when a human could resolve the same problem in less than a minute if they were allowed to pick up the phone. And then it tells you to call back during business hours that are posted nowhere and it won't tell you.

My driver Luis threw the package at my front door. Made a huge bang, I jumped up went to door to see what happened. There’s my package obviously thrown and Luis speeding out of drive way ! Do Better!

My package is just stuck sitting here for days… not very efficient at all. It was supposed to be here yesterday and already missed today’s delivery window too, can only imagine that pattern will persist. Never using fedex again! Edit: I called on Tuesday and a CSR got a hold of the manager at this location and tried to find my package to no avail. I had to have a return picked up from my secured entry apartment building. The driver, Jerry l, called me from the entrance and even came to my apartment to pick it up. I had called to have it rescheduled because of the weather but he arrived on the original scheduled pickup date.
