This place is a fortress.
These clowns cant find there own heads! Been told by 3 different people from fed ex where an expensive package is and no one knows where it is even tho corporate and scans show it was in the lower north mankato location! Just ship with ups and save the head ache and stress from these jokes! Cant even talk to a real person when you want to call horrible systems.
They lost 2 packages of mine and the lasie is being rude on the phone about it
Office Max took care of 2 car tires too return.
