The drivers and people in the Dublin office are great. The 1 800 customer service number is hit or miss.
I actually had a decent experience with this particular customer service line. I got the info I needed and my issue resolved.
My packages have been delivered to the wrong place three times now!!! FedEx is horrible!! And does not take accountability for it!! I don’t know how they are still in business 😡
The place where all packages go to die.
