I called customer service about a problem with a delivery. I got the unfortunate experience of dealing with customer service agent Ernesto David Diaz. They did not give a crap about my issue, they were rude, and a smart ass. I did not get my issue resolved. If you can avoid doing business with FEDEX I suggest you do. This company is worthless.
I'm have almost never used FedEx and today enforces it. I have a patio gate with a professionally created sign advising no deliveries FedEx placed the 108# sofa under the sign. I had to get two gentlemen to carry it accross my patio, through the townhouse a place about five feet from the front door.
Absolute trash of a company! Worst customer service and zero accountability on picking up packages from our warehouse.
Failed to meet the delivery date.
