Change of menus needed. I don't need to enter a bunch of numbers to talk to a human.
Three packages in a row were not delivered to my home in the last six weeks. We were at home when each was returned to the local FEDEX terminal and no notice given me to pick them up, causing the first to be returned to the sender. I hope I can find their terminal today before another two packages are sent back. FEDEX has been five-star until this.
