Three packages in a row were not delivered to my home in the last six weeks. We were at home when each was returned to the local FEDEX terminal and no notice given me to pick them up, causing the first to be returned to the sender. I hope I can find their terminal today before another two packages are sent back. FEDEX has been five-star until this.
Package delivered to the wrong house, and unable to track.
Would love to be able to get any information on anything. 🤦🏻♀️ Horrible customer service.
