Wrong address, nut that is not your fault. Another individual notices a door tag and notifies me because my name is on it. However finding where the package is left was time consuming and difficult. No address or contact phone number was left so I knew where to go to pick the package up. Human beings can reason and dialog and that is what customers need, not automated AI. Can’t find my porch door. Keep delivering things to nowhere or the neighbors house. Use Google maps!!
Not worth a 1 star as of now can not get ahold of any person to get things fixed they think computers are future well they keep using computers to answer the phone and stop customers from getting the help they need then they will not be around much longer. Can not even get directions to the correct city for distribution. Always think Denver is closer when salt lake is the only choice they have to deliver here.
