I had to leave short notice and was going to miss an important package. Thankfully our driver Trent was nearby and I was able to grab it early. Trent you’re awesome. Thank you for saving me today.
They have the code for the door for packages some of them use it and some don't so they won't even leave your package even if you leave a note on the door that says FEDEX please leave my package along with your signature. We have cameras everywhere and they don't even do their job. All they do is just put a tag on the door and leave. Sometimes there have be people in the yard. To me this is pure laziness. I think this place should really rethink on how they train the drivers.
The app did say I had 5 days to pickup my package before it was RTS. But of course I didn't get five days I only got one day. Since they couldn't transfer my package to a place that could be found. They have this place in the middle of nowhere.
No one attempted to drop off my package..
