Took a half day at work, which means half pay, checked tracker, driver drove past me 3 times, notification package delayed, waited an hour to talk to someone not in the U.S. only info he had was my package was never on the truck, and had no other info. Not only do I not know when this package will be here, but I lossed half a days pay because FedEx flat out lied to me about it being on the truck and then wont tell me why... read more
Came out to the car and grabbed my package for me... didn't even have to leave my car!
Ok, I want the FedEx that delivers to my home! These drivers CANNOT READ ENGLISH!!! Every single package gets delivered at address on the other street. My girl delivery driver was perfect, whoever they have now is just plainly put: LAZY! I would have done a 0 if possible. AND don't even get me started with their automated system 🤦♀️.
I had to leave short notice and was going to miss an important package. Thankfully our driver Trent was nearby and I was able to grab it early. Trent you’re awesome. Thank you for saving me today.
