Driver couldnt find the address ( that pops up instantly on any simple google map search. Then left a vague message that was non returnable just automated mumbo jumbo then said i could pick it up ( like i had a choice ! So we traveled 150 miles round trip because nobody is good at what they do anymore!!!!!
Fed ex needs to go out of business. Horrible courier. Cant get anyone on the phone and no statice on a package that is supposed to arrive today and is sitting at Chicago for 4 days.

I just got off the phone with a nice overseas FedEx representative because I could not speak directly to someone in Missoula, Montana about a mis-directed package. The package had an old address prior to our county’s requirement to change our driveway to a lane for 911 response. FedEx knows the new address and has been delivering to it for 21 years. The drivers know who we are in this sparsely populated area and have made dozens of deliveries due to my wife’s love of Internet shopping. I’m not blaming anyone but FedEx’s poor... read more
