Drivers are rude. Every package I've received in the 4 years I've lived here are delivered damaged. They transported AND delivered my stand up freezer UPSIDE DOWN. Then sent a delivery verification photo of it.
Awful delivery courier. Awful customer service. Unprofessional drivers.
Lazy, rude delivery drivers. Drag, throw and damage my packages. I've even had snotty notes written on my package because he had to walk up my driveway and it was heavy.
I don't know whether they're extremely incompetent couriers or extremely competent thieves. I've had multiple packages go missing with them and now take the time to make sure any online orders go through UPS or USPS instead.
I don't know if the delivery person came from this hub but whoever it was deserves a huge raise and gold medal for navigating my steep snowy driveway to deliver a very heavy almost 50# package. This was today 1-23-25 Pineview dr stevensville. I was dreading having to figure out how to get it in my car cause I knew no one would come down here. Big thank you for the hero in my life today!!!
