I don't know whether they're extremely incompetent couriers or extremely competent thieves. I've had multiple packages go missing with them and now take the time to make sure any online orders go through UPS or USPS instead.
I don't know if the delivery person came from this hub but whoever it was deserves a huge raise and gold medal for navigating my steep snowy driveway to deliver a very heavy almost 50# package. This was today 1-23-25 Pineview dr stevensville. I was dreading having to figure out how to get it in my car cause I knew no one would come down here. Big thank you for the hero in my life today!!!
Terrible Service... Worse than the Post Office... if you can imagine that. My issue is they are not delivering it on-time to my delivery address. Not even on time of their REVISED delivery schedule. I won't be at the delivery address any longer. Customer Service state "We will do our very best to reroute it to your new location." I asked if that meant they would ship it overnight air to that new location and the agent said they would do their very best... I sincerely doubt FedEx will get this package to me by the time I need... read more
Absolutely horrible.
This is for FedEX FREIGHT (not Ground). Two times in a row we've had very bad service. The FedEx FREIGHT truck drops off the heavy item (300-500lbs) in the street and refuses to drive it up the driveway. The driveway does have an incline (so it can't be carried - needs to be driven up), but it's a straight driveway so the driver should be able to back up or out. But the driver has refused twice (FedEx FREIGHT leaves it up to driver discretion, but this shouldn't be unsafe - it's a straight drive). Instead they just leave the... read more
