Fed ex needs to go out of business. Horrible courier. Cant get anyone on the phone and no statice on a package that is supposed to arrive today and is sitting at Chicago for 4 days.
I just got off the phone with a nice overseas FedEx representative because I could not speak directly to someone in Missoula, Montana about a mis-directed package. The package had an old address prior to our county’s requirement to change our driveway to a lane for 911 response. FedEx knows the new address and has been delivering to it for 21 years. One of your drivers almost clipped me going WAY too fast and turning into my parking lane. He was literally in my lane and I had to stop short so he didn’t hit me. Lucky for me I was going less than 5 miles an hour. I am happy to make way for delivery drivers but this driver was speeding through the Loews parking lot on Reserve and driving itratically- while yelling out of his van for everyone to move over. Drivers are rude. Every package I've received in the 4 years I've lived here are delivered damaged. They transported AND delivered my stand up freezer UPSIDE DOWN. Then sent a delivery verification photo of it.
Awful delivery courier. Awful customer service. Unprofessional drivers.
