If i could do a 0 star review I would. This location had no customer service. They do not even try to deliver packages,even when the customer is waiting at the location all day for it. Then if you try to all and complain the automated system will not put you through to a real person and sends you a text that keeps timing out. This is not the first time I have had this issue at the same place and same delivery location, if I could not have stuff shipped FedEx I would because this is ridiculous.

Just go ahead and cancel if you see FedEx is delivering. Especially if it's important like a paycheck. Go to USPS or UPS. They "attempted" to deliver without even driving into my apartment complex (we have cameras). Called me from a number I couldn't call back because I didnt have an ID and pin. According to the tracking, they tried to deliver it in a town an hour away from me. My address was correct, just didn't have the apartment number. Terrible delivery station. Had a package shipped next day air. It sat at their facility for 5 days. They stated that they were going to attempt a delivery, but the business was closed. My house is not a place of business. Totally unacceptable and their reviews speak for themselves. I will make sure anything I purchase is not shipped through FedEx.
