The worse shipping service there is!
Driver left a very heavy piece of wood furniture at bottom of my porch. Nothing like leaving where it could get rained on/easy for thieves to take when cm isn’t home😡
This is the worst freaking delivery company I've ever seen The drivers are incompetent they don't know enough to freaking go up into it make sure that someone is home to do deliveries they just drop stuff in your yard or they won't even get out of the truck because they're too lazy to get out of them. And you don't have a customer service number for your depot because we you know that y'all suck and you know these customers are going complain because y'all are sorry as hell. I have asked multiple times for the driver to NOT pull into our driveway. I have no local ph# to call his boss and the 800 number is no help. I'm at work everytime he comes or I would tell him myself. It's very frustrating.
They literally just don't complete deliveries. Good luck finding your packages!
