Drivers are absolutely worthless. Saying they can't find any apt number when IT ISNT EVEN AN APARTMENT ITS JUST A STREET ADDRESS!!!! The number is clearly labed on the mail box. Total incompetence. Nothing but problems every time fedex delivers something. Every. Single. Time.
Very nice, very friendly, very helpful really early on a rainy Saturday morning.
They are usually here at least every other day with deliveries. They haven't been here since November 27th and today is December 8th. We order all our dog, cat and chicken feed online and because fedex hasn't shown up with our orders we now have to drive 35 miles away to town and purchase our animal feed again. Pretty upsetting when we've already purchased it once online but can't get FedEx to deliver it. Extremely upset with fedex!!
Package left Nevada 11/26 which is bad enough. But now it's been over THREE DAYS of this package being in Springfield. Today will be the fourth day. FedEx tracking said it was going to be delivered every one of the last three days and gave me a delivery time slot. So I made sure I was available or had someone home. ...and then, nothing. I can’t give zero stars? Lied to me for several days straight about a package. Had the honor of speaking to Hadeel in customer service who was the most condescending customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with. Garbage company that can’t get a package from hub to a deliver Location within five miles of said hub. My package has been in Springfield for 3 days and it’s not at my house 5 miles away.
