I take care of a 73 year old woman who is wheel chair bound and ive asked for the packages not to be thrown on the ground bc she almost feel out of her chair and they keep doing it even after being asked not to
I’ve had several orders marked as delivered but never received them. I also didn’t receive a response after opening an investigation. I had to resort to picking up my orders at a store several towns away. Avoid using FedEx in Springfield if you can.
Joke of a company. Never had so many issues getting my stuff.
Drivers are absolutely worthless. Saying they can't find any apt number when IT ISNT EVEN AN APARTMENT ITS JUST A STREET ADDRESS!!!! The number is clearly labed on the mail box. Total incompetence. Nothing but problems every time fedex delivers something. Every. Single. Time.
Very nice, very friendly, very helpful really early on a rainy Saturday morning.
