We live in Hallton, they use weather as an excuse 5 days after a storm. UPS does just fine the day after. As a truck driver, I drive our roads every single day. Heck I pass their driver on Springcreek road every day. But hey, Thanks for my week late delivery thrown in the driveway for my husband to run over.
They left the delivery at the garage pickup location not the drop box at the garage! The drive is plowed and open!
Managed to lose track of package coming from an hour and a half away and cannot tell me where it is or what happened to it. It was a next day delivery which i needed to get yesterday and now they don't have any idea when I'll get it. I'd rather use USPS before FedEx and thats sad.
Somehow, fedex managed to take 5 days to deliver needed meds from a location 2 hours away. It was impossible to get information on why this happened. It was the first time, but with how important the medication is it was a big deal. How they could make such a huge mistake is beyond me.
