In 2022 I had a horrible experience with FedEx. Horrible. I have attached a screenshot of the conversation in 2022. I only ordered from companies that didn’t ship via FedEx. Then I ordered on Amazon this year and they shipped via FedEx. They delivered it on the side of the road. What is worse, I don’t know where this road is. Certainly not my driveway. Had a package that said it ws gonna be delivered at my business. Called after waiting all day on my day off and was then told package was delayed. However tracking still said delivery expected by end of day. Do better fedex!!!
There were fantastic and left a picture showing where my package was left thank you for a fantastic job!!!!
