Overnight priority delivery scheduled by 12PM with customer's refrigerated medication; wasn't delivered until 4:21PM, one of driver's last deliveries of the day, even though it was at this location for over 24 hours, and only 15 minutes from customer's delivery address. Medication obviously not a priority
Way better to deal with picking up vs fedex express location in lenexa. Takes a little longer to get packages because they really aren't setup well for people to pickup.
My package has been sitting in a trailer waiting to be unloaded for 4 days at this location. It's not even holiday season
Put a hold on 4 shipments that were supposed to be delivered on 2/18 and 2/19. Each day, the status updates to “delivery by end of day,” but they are never marked “Out for delivery.” On 2/24, a customer service representative confirmed that the Olathe office put a hold on all shipments but said they couldn’t create a request to check why or when it will be removed.
