The drivers lie about deliveries. They say an attempt was made when it was NOT. I have been home for 4 days waiting on a package which they say was delivered and they did not make an attempt. So now I am at the mercy of FedEx.
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The boxes are always torn up or busted , never fails.
For the second time, a note on tracking said my package couldn't be delivered today because I wasn't available. Like the first, that was a lie. I was home all day. Walmart told me the driver posted pictures of the front of my building & the item not in front of my door. No one requested to be buzzed inside the building. Well, I wasn’t sure that I had even used FedEx ground, but apparently a package must have been delivered using their company. I give them five stars because I have had no issues with any packages being delivered lately! so all good in the hood. I sure appreciate this reliable mailing service.
Emily is a ROCKSTAR! I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house right before I was going out of town on a trip and for some reason it was not delivered, even though I paid for 2-day shipping. Regardless of all that, I drove to the Tri-Cities terminal at the direction from the person on the other line from that AWFUL 800 number fedex wants you to call for everything.
