For the second time, a note on tracking said my package couldn't be delivered today because I wasn't available. Like the first, that was a lie. I was home all day. Walmart told me the driver posted pictures of the front of my building & the item not in front of my door. No one requested to be buzzed inside the building. Well, I wasn’t sure that I had even used FedEx ground, but apparently a package must have been delivered using their company. I give them five stars because I have had no issues with any packages being delivered lately! so all good in the hood. I sure appreciate this reliable mailing service.
Emily is a ROCKSTAR! I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house right before I was going out of town on a trip and for some reason it was not delivered, even though I paid for 2-day shipping. Regardless of all that, I drove to the Tri-Cities terminal at the direction from the person on the other line from that AWFUL 800 number fedex wants you to call for everything. FedEx is awful now. Slower than the Pony Express maybe they should start that back up. Pay for overnight shipping and it takes 5-6 days. Do you get a refund on that priority shipping? Nope
