The lady in tge office was a very nice person and she helped answered all of my questions and took very good of me.
I had a two-part package that only delivered the first half of the package I signed for it big mistake then the automated system keeps saying that I received my package when you use the app it has been saying that my package is out for delivery on truck for the last six straight days You can't get a hold of no one that can tell you anything worst company ever
Paid for 2 day delivery. Driver claimed unable to deliver without even attempting. Never came down my street. Called customer service to get it fixed. No help. Said I couldn’t get a refund. I will be going to the distribution center as my package is now just sitting there. There is not a direct number to contact said facility and customer service will not give you one. Management can not be contacted. It has now been 4 days since the expected delivery date. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb as well.
