Have had several bad experiences with FedEx. The latest is that a FedEx driver delivered items that I did not order to my address. Even though I have a covered front porch the driver left these items on my back steps in the pouring rain. I called customer support to have the items picked up and delivered to the correct address. I was told they would be picked up that evening. That was 2 days ago. I called again the next day and the customer service rep actually started making excuses for the driver. The worst customer service ever. FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address and when I filled out the complaint form and explained that their proof of delivery photo is a photo of a different house, they said the package was delivered and closed the case. You can never talk to a human.

For the second time, a note on tracking said my package couldn't be delivered today because I wasn't available. Like the first, that was a lie. I was home all day. Walmart told me the driver posted pictures of the front of my building & the item not in front of my door. No one requested to be buzzed inside the building. Now the delivery is supposed to be here in 2 days. Are some of your employees trying to win a contest, lazy or want to get off work earlier?
