Apparently reading is not a prerequisite to being a FedEx driver. I lose almost 75% of my packages delivered by FedEx. They say delivered but can never seem to confirm where. Explain that... When they do manage to get it right, I get a photo. Just not when they randomly deliver "where ever" then there's no proof. So tired of them losing my packages!
Been home all day! Delivery was expected between 10-3 it never showed. Then changed to end of day. No truck ever came!! The pictures of the door tag is not even remotely anything around my home! Drivers name listed on tracking was Johnie!!! This is ridiculous, items originally was scheduled for 16th then updated to 17th and this is what happens. Vehicle parts needed to be able to get to work!!!
The truck that delivers to Latitude Margaritaville off of 79 has NO muffler and is unbelievably loud. We can hear him from a mile away! Fix his truck!!
The lady in the front office is so helpful and really cares!
