9 Feb 26: This has got to be one of the worst businesses in America. I'm trying to make additions to delivery instructions. But the "Delivery Manager" is telling me the delivery address is a commercial address not a residential address. Its residential, its apartments. Trying to get to a human to get this straightened out is near impossible. If I could give FedEx a -1 star I would I wish I had asked who the retailer used for a delivery service.
