I just had a package delivered to my house that should have been delivered to a completely different address multiple streets over. It wasn’t even the correct number. Come to find out, when my son and I decided to go out of our way to bring it to it’s rightful owner, it was a reorder because the last time it was delivered to their house the employee tossed it and cracked it. Absolutely unacceptable!

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant. I ordered 2 breast pumps for around $300 using a p.o box delivery address. Fedex says my package has been delivered but took a picture of my package outside on the ground of a random building that's not even one of our local post offices. Your employees are inconsiderate and more than likely stole the package for their own usage. I deliver my baby any day now I am a single mother I do not have the funds to just go and buy another package. The protocol for deliveries needs to reevaluated. My ... read more

Contractor can't simply knock on a business door. Door locked, they stick a note on the door and take off. For security reasons, not all business leave their front door unlocked!

My order has been on a truck out for delivery for 3days and the ground facility is 4.2 miles away from the delivery address
