Drivers consistently refuse to deliver packages. They lie and say our business is closed before they even leave the warehouse.
A driver dispatched from this location just left a "you weren't home" door tag on my door 20 minutes before the delivery window had started (so before I could see the map of where his truck was) WITHOUT knocking or ringing the doorbell first.
Awful. Driver left doortag without knocking or ringing doorbell on a direct signature. States attempted delivery and no one was home, when I was in the living room the whole day waiting for just this package. Customer service can do nothing about it.
