I wish 0 Stars was an option. Facility falsely marked my package as "vacation hold" request when they realized they could not make the 2 day shipping delivery I paid for. The support call center for FEDEX lies and provides false information. Overall I have never had a package that went through this facility arrive on time, they have always been delayed at least 2-5 business days with the worst being marked as at the facility for 3 weeks before they found and delivered it.
FedEx many times will leave my package in front of my garage door out or at the edge of my porch out in the open very visible to onlookers and out in the weather. This is the only shipping service that does this.
This location has been mislabeling packages and INTENTIONALLY putting them on the wrong trucks delaying deliveries for several days as the drivers have no idea why the packages keep getting put on the wrong truck
