Wow! After reading the overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews (wish it could be no stars) we could all just copy and paste our reviews! I will refuse to buy from any store that uses FedEx. This is really hurting small business. Fedex can NEVER find my address, when all other carriers seem to have no problem at all, they delay our packages for multiple days when it’s “on the truck for delivery” 2 days you drove my package around like you’re a tour guide?! I don't like to give poor reviews, but it has been *three and a half years* and FedEx stilll can not get the address correct between us and our neighbor that has a similar address. I've lost track of the number of emails and phone calls we have made to get this corrected. I have spoken to a supervisor at this location and although he was very nice and understanding, the problem has not been resolved. We either get our neighbors packages, they get ours, or our address is changed from the correct label on the address and yello... read more

2 days in a row now it has said my package was on a truck for delivery waited till way past the end of day to receive my package and still have yet to receive it. To be honest FedEx is the worst delivery carriers there is... If there's a time that says your package should arrive for instance between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. the driver should heed that and make sure that person's package is delivered between those times.
