FedEx is a shit hole. Didn’t even notify me that they damaged my package. Now I’ll have to wait another week so I can have a bed.
So my package was shipped out on Friday from Pasadena to San Antonio. Scanned in Schurtz Tx. After that, nothing for four or five days, FedEx kept on giving me the runaround saying that I went to Dallas Midland until I told them yesterday let’s cut the bullshit. FedEx Schertz, Texas has misrouted my parcels to another subdivision twice in the last two months. The last two times has been a disaster and the subdivision is located at Hallie's Cove about 8 miles distance total from my home. I have called their customer service number and submitted two complaints. FedEx never called back with a resoution to rectify this issue. FedEx has delivered someone else’s package to me and delivered my package to someone else!! My name and address and the other person’s name and address are not even close to being the same! It’s obvious that the delivery person pays no attention to detail!!!! This is the second time that this has happened!!! Extremely frustrating!!!
