Rescheduled delivery for no reason. Tracking suggests I requested the change. Sounds like they're fudging their numbers to keep corporate happy.
Still a subpar service with drivers who cant use critical thinking skills especially at this location.
Can’t deliver 2 of my packages for over 2 weeks, so incompetent and unhelpful, I’m home every time they’re unable to deliver
FedEx used to be the gold standard. Now they are garbage. Their customer service is also trash. Its the most annoying AI bot refusing to transfer you to a live agent and when you finally get a live agent, its always a DURKA DURKA who cannot speak clear English. All of my packages from FedEx seem to come out of this location. I never get my packages or they end up lost even when the tracking info says its on the truck out for delivery.
