Worst company ever. Guaranteed delivery day after day even by management. Worst customer service, worst delivery process, worst tracking information, worst experience, worst company with no accountability. I endedbup having to meet the manager of the facility halfway to get my package when they tried to delay it for a 4th day. HORRIBLE. I don't even live in Texarkana but my package is stuck here for the past 3 days and hasn't moved. I order stuff from all over and this one location has to be the worst one ever.
I have lived at the same address for almost 10 years now. I have received numerous packages through FedEx it seems like it depends on who the driver is whether or not the package gets to my house. I am currently on day 4 of waiting on a package to be delivered to my house each day I have contacted the tracking and it says it's going to be delivered it never shows. The tracking says that I have moved they cannot find my house and my address is not correct I have corrected it with their customer service of which is a joke 3 ti... read more
We live in a rural area and I recently purchased a smart watch. The driver claimed attempted delivery and never showed. The photo used to show an “attempted delivery was of his/her dash”It is disappointing not to receive something you paid a great deal for, but the dishonesty of the driver is another matter entirely. Unfortunately FEDEX will no longer be a carrier our family and friends use in the future.
If you plan to use FedEx just know that you can rest assured knowing that your package will not arrive on time. Any time I purchase something and see FedEx is the carrier, I pretty much just write off the purchase and hope it eventually comes. Use literally anyone else
