Paid extra money to have my order delivered by Friday. It got here from Minnesota early Friday morning, sat in the warehouse the whole day of my delivery date, and then the next day they drove past my house 3 times with my package and didn’t even drop it off!!! Fort dodge doesn’t even have 7 hours of drivable roads how the hell have you been “on the way” for that long!
Package supposed to deliver yesterday but oh just magically delayed in fort dodge....30 min from shipping address and now can't get until Monday when it was supposed to be there SATURDAY!!
FedEx has made it impossible to contact a real person and it’s beyond frustrating.
Kinda like working at this location more.. it’s smaller and more manageable
