Forgot to put unit number on my package which is my fault and I take accountability for, but dude decided to take a shot in the dark and deliver to wrong unit instead of marking address not found and returning to station where I can come pick up or call. Picture only showed packages on ground, no unit numbers or anything which gives me nothing to go off. Neighbors are saying they haven't gotten anything.

Driver earned 5 stars for leaving package at my door and not in the office, or not delivering it at all, as I had asked. Customer service gets 0 stars. Every time I call customer service it is a hassle when it absolutely shouldn't be.
What kind of geniuses manage to lose not one but two packages? Been waiting since before Christmas for two packages (that were ordered on separate days from different stores btw….) yet these geniuses somehow managed to lose both of them? Now both of my packages are perpetually stuck in Marion. Since BEFORE Christmas. What’s even better, is both items I ordered are no longer sold so it’s not like I can just try ordering again.
