For the last couple of years the employees at this local fedex facility have been nothing but helpful and kind. We live at the end of a steep gravel road that is not suited for the delivery truck and they have accepted to call us and keep our packages for pick up. We are able to contact them by phone as needed as well. Again, great service and people, thank you for your efforts.
I have had packages delivered to the wrong address and multiple packages damaged. Most recently my food order package was left at the end of my driveway completely busted and ruined.
They deliver to other people in the building. They stole my diesel heater. One of the workers it showed a picture of a building and it wasn't my building a name and take a picture of the front door. They took a picture of the side building and I live upstairs and this is downstairs. They've delivered my stuff everywhere but my front door. They're the worst on the island and the United postal service is not much better aeronautical make sure they get it to your front door. Great company
