They're the only ones who will come up our long driveway. They drive vans instead of ungainly box trucks. The drivers have always been friendly and courteous and bring our packages up our steps to keep them out of the rain. There's no phone number listed for the local office, but if you show up in person, they'll give it to you.

Totally unreliable. No other delivery service on the island has any trouble making, you know, deliveries. But this one does. Don't know why. I do know I will never use them, and never do business with an off-island company that uses them. Quick update: after more than a week of wandering around this small island and not getting delivered, the package finally arrived. Friday Harbor WA manager showed empathy for my situation. Explained why and how the deliveries were delayed in Portland OR during our inclement weather conditions. I appreciate having FedEx on our Island for both business and personal reasons.
