You wait and wait and God forbid we don’t get the door answered immediately, you drive off and a person can’t get you to come back. Customer service is so lacking.

Let me be clear: my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. You have my personal phone number, yet you never contacted me when you failed to show up. I waited until 8:00 PM yesterday, and since it didn't arrive, I expected it this morning. Instead, you told me a window between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM, which conflicts with my appointments. I received 2 packages yesterday. There were from different places and one of the shipped should have had 2 boxes only that one was scanned and said both were delivered which is incorrect. Then later that night my second shipment was suddenly scanned but I had received it way earlier. This is not the only time we have had problems with the fed ex company and their drivers.
