Let me be clear: my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. You have my personal phone number, yet you never contacted me when you failed to show up. I waited until 8:00 PM yesterday, and since it didn't arrive, I expected it this morning. Instead, you told me a window between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM, which conflicts with my appointments. I received 2 packages yesterday. There were from different places and one of the shipped should have had 2 boxes only that one was scanned and said both were delivered which is incorrect. Then later that night my second shipment was suddenly scanned but I had received it way earlier. This is not the only time we have had problems with the fed ex company and their drivers. Whoever manages this location needs to get on top of their drivers delivering packages to the wrong addresses before law enforcement gets involved. Picture this for a moment. A homebound resident's life saving medication getting delivered to the wrong address. Do you see where I'm going with this?
