Whoever manages this location needs to get on top of their drivers delivering packages to the wrong addresses before corporate and law enforcement gets involved. The majority of your reviews are from customers getting packages sent to the wrong address or items getting lost in transit. Our packages are getting delivered to the wrong address. When this happens the person or business it's delivered to can't get a hold of someone to tell them it's at the wrong address. Said they delivered my package but they never delivered it. I was home all day. Can’t get in touch with a real person to talk to. At this point wouldn’t be surprised if the driver stole it. What terrible service. Use UPS instead.

They want to charge you for not being home to sign a package but my cameras show that they never came by. The no show happens a lot in jetmore.
