Worse delivery service of all compared to the others. Packages are always running a day or two late and yet they send notifications that it’s on the way. They don’t follow our requests to put boxes on our porch. Have left our packages out at our gate and in the rain at times when it is raining. Need new management.
Drivers are the worst ever. Drop package in front yard while raining and got in truck and drove off. Front porch only 20 feet away with a package that post office put on front porch earlier in the day.
Not that this review matters- but this FedEx is the WORST!!! You NEVER GET YOUR PACKAGES ON TIME . When I see things coming from here I cringe. Out for delivery means NOT today maybe the next or the next after that.

They're pathetic!! Do NOT DO PRIORITY OVERNIGHT CAUSE YOU WANT GET YOUR PACKAGEAN THEY WILL LIE AM TELL YOU WHATEVER AN GOOD LUCK GETTING AN ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND
