FedEx never drops my package off they continue to just state that they made an attempt And Delay delivery by up to 3 days
Paid for 2 day delivery and Delivery driver from this location lied and said tried to deliver my package yet no one was home. Package wasn't a package to even sign for and I have multiple cameras that never show any delivery driver even near my house which it anyways picks them up specially if ring door bell and I been home all day waiting on this package
Wow. This location I am quick to discover is on the same level as Kernersville, NC FedEx Hub. Literally went from one black hole to another. How is it that a package goes from one location, that is 2 hours away from Fayetteville, go to another location also located 2 hours away from Fayetteville. Instead of putting it on a truck to go to Fayetteville they decided to drive my package around all day to return back to Emporia. Clearly no accountability from management whatsoever and allow drivers/workers to do whatever they wan... read more
FedEx has marked this package as “out for delivery” for several days now, but no proper delivery attempt has been made. On the first day, there was no delivery attempt at all. On the second day, the tracking was updated to “incorrect address,” even though this was important paperwork being sent directly from my bank to my correct address. On the third day, once again, no delivery attempt was made. I am leaving a one-star review because this was important banking documentation that I needed in a timely manner.
