This is the worse people to deal with. These people don’t need to be in business for shipping. They promise you one thing and do the opposite. You pay for overnight and they don’t get product delivered. The supervisor is a joke as well and needs to be fired. One star is way too much for these people. I would strongly suggest if buy something that is being shipped fedex to reconsider it. This is my last time with these people.
Delivery truck was in my neighborhood and would NOT take a prepaid package.
I've had 1 or 2 issues with FedEx deliveries over the years, but ever since my packages started routing through Emporia they have missed, miss delivered, or lost 5 out of my last 7 deliveries. I'm done with FedEx. I was placing an order with B and H Photo today and when they told me they use FedEx I canceled my order. Needless to say, they called me back within 3 minutes and offered UPS as the shipper. They also told me several other customers are also complaining about severe issues with FedEx.
