Got a delivery date with times. It’s been two days and still no package. Always the case and when you call to speak with them they always state they can’t get anyone on the phone and they sent an email. Never has anyone fixed an issue nor have they emailed nor called me back to inform me of what happened. They continuously lie to to customers and don’t believe in customer service. What crap service. "Package can't be delivered." They've delivered to my address for years and now they can't find my address or it doesn't exist. Even talking on the phone with the representative and getting the run around about my Package. 6 phone calls over 3 days and getting hung up on twice and even getting the wrong department all together once.
Driver never delivers my package on the day it supposed to be delivered but I still have to pay HIGH freight fees. I have asked him a few times why he doesn’t deliver my package on the day the tracking system says and he responds, I couldn’t find your package on my truck. LAZY!!!! Their tracking system is useless because all they enter is fake delivery dates. I will request any other carrier than Federal Express.
Package been out for delivery for 4 days now. Called customer service twice. We should be able to get a number to the location that our package is out for delivery at! This is ridiculous!
These drivers are the worst liars Unlawfully holding packages all day because they feel they don’t want to work past 6pm Lying about trying to deliver when the customer is on the phone with the company at the same time They believe their job is secure Wait!
