Fedex recieved a package for me almost 2 months ago and damaged it before delivery. So it was never delivered. The information I recieved was that the item was being held up in customs, even though the package had been at the facility since July 2 2026. I finally contacted FedEx and was told that the item was damaged at the Carencro facility and that I needed to contact the vendor in order to get a refund. This the best spot ever
Cannot get in touch with anyone. They keep putting deliver execptions on my packages. Even got two of my packages from walmart just lost? My temu packages they keep just acting like I'm not home ,but never showing up. I put in a ticket and it's been three days since and still no email. Can't get any help on the phone. I am absolutely livid. I have 9 packages delayed out of 11. No I didnt pick who shipped my things either.
