AI wont let me talk to a real person. It was important to talk to a person about getting options for delivery and it refused. Service has gone down hill rapidly recently.
This is a sad excuse for a company. I can see why they’ll be going down in the next coming years. You cannot get a hold of a real life person. My package is incredibly late. I still have yet to receive it by the time I get it I bet my fruiting block will be moldy use any other shipping business other than FedEx promise you you’ll save a lot of time and your cortisol levels will not spike.
