Was supposed to have delivery today between 10-2. They never arrived. Wasted 4 hours of my day. Now gave to wait another 3 days. Horrible costumer service, barely speak English, the app is useless, sends faulty information. Will never use again.
I'm convinced this is the slowest fed ex location on the planet. Fix your crap. Edit: 3 years later and these idiots are still consistently screwing up like it's their job. Absolutely incompetent.
North Salt Lake FedEx delivery drivers are horrible. They always say "customer not available/business closed" even though I'm home and the leasing office of my apartments are open. This has happened multiple times. I'm getting really sick of it.
Genuinely terrible, 4 missed deliveries because "I wasn't available to sign for the package" when I waited around all day for them to come by each time, they never did. I'll have to reconsider buying anything shipped with fedex.
