Their drivers lie about delivery attempts and unnecessarily delay your package deliveries, seemingly on a whim.
I don’t know what is going on with FedEx ground lately, but it is Getting out of control. Absolutely ridiculous that something could come from California go past my hub all the way to Ogden and it still doesn’t make its promise delivery date. Not to mention a separate package has been in their possession for four days and it hasn’t even come close to my home. They’re late when they deliver to my work meaning past when we receive items. Your new moto should be always bottleneck at a hub, and never on time
Oh my God! Worst FedEx ever, keeps the packages with them for days, and after 2 weeks you need to drive there and pick it up. I have no idea why big companies still work with this messed up company!
If you get the chance to deliver here, it will be nice. Drop and load and a good place just for drivers. Good showers, clean bathroom and break area. In and out fast
