I miss the good old days when we hired and trained people to do a job. Now we is automated phone machines that are neither good or helpful. Do the American thing and give a job to someone, train them to be good at it and have some self respect.

Having your package shipped through FedEx is like driving in a blizzard. You never know when you’re going to get there. Their estimated delivery times are seldom met. Even updates are usually incorrect. They have also delivered my parcels to the wrong address a few times. When the Government is better at your job than you are it might be time to reevaluate your process.

On a general note FedEx never keeped the original estimated delivery date. But my last delivery came an hour earlier then estimated. Hope this is sign that they're getting back to better service. Thanks again.

I can’t think of a worse shipping company than FedEx. I’ve never chosen FedEx as my shipping option, but unfortunately it’s the only option when ordering from some websites. I’ve lived in this house for 9 years and I’ve never once had any of their deliveries arrive on time. Most recently I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on January 14th. I called on the 15th when it hadn’t arrived and was told that it was being routed to my local post office and would be delivered the next day. However, the next day the track... read more
