The worse experience of my life. First they tell me they could not locate my address (try google maps), then they tell me the shipping label fell off, now they open up a case but never update me. It is 5 days later, numerous calls to the joke called customer support ( somewhere out of the country) to be told that it is Saturday so I need to wait until Monday. Nobody can even tell me where my package is. I will never use FedEx for anything. Pony Express was more reliable. What a joke.
