Fedex sucks.. go to usps or something else.
When they are actually at the location the ladies have been wonderful. Unfortunately they are supposedly closed for the same time everyday, yet when I go to drop off a box when they are supposed to be there, morning or afternoon I just get to stand out in the -35° weather, because they dont answer the bell. I go out and call the number posted on the fence and they have transferred their phones to Anchorage. That does NOTHING for someone in Fairbanks.
