Service is horrible and the carriers are utterly incompetent. Every single time, without fail, when something gets shipped to my business via FedEx they claim we aren’t there and I have to go through hoops to get my package. That doesn’t happen with any other carrier, only FedEx.
Y package was delivered but not to my house.
Bad costumer service, they didn’t help and they had a very bad attitude
Not sure which this one is, im a Linehaul driver. Most smaller terms are good, larger ones are busy and complicated. Lewisberry location is a disaster and disorganised for a hub. Colo is organised, they have a huge lot for outbound and a lot for inbound. Both pups and 53s are there. Dolly pen is easy to find. Hooking pups at colo is decent. Binghamton ny is too new to fully document. It was easy to do your thing.
