I'd give em a zero star review if I could . My package was supposed to be here Friday and nothing . When I checked the location . They were 5 blocks away . Than I got an update later that night saying it was delayed cause of the weather . 4 days later and I still don't have my package . Don't they do random drug testing or something ? I'm so livid right now .
They have missed my delivery date by 3 days and just rescheduled again. FedEx consistently gives me the worst possible shipping service. If given the option please ship with another carrier
Completely incompetent drivers. Package was delayed because of "weather" for 4 days but roads were clear, fedex also left no door tag explaining why. On the 5th day the driver brought the wrong package and instead of going back in the truck to retrieve it he just left. UPS had zero issues delivering 🤷♂️.
If only they could deliver on time, IF ONLY. Our dogs medicine (Insulin) comes via chewy through this hub and its always late. (WARM) the cold packs are good for a couple days that ship with it which would be fine for any other delivery service even DHL. But these guys cant seem to figure out their logistics to serve their customer base in a timely manner. All i can hope is that Chewy decides to drip Fed Ex and pick up a reliable/reputable company to deliver their goods. And also the custoner service center i was transferred... read more
4 days now it says "out for delivery ", yet no package. Customer service gave a line of bologna saying there are weather delay. The package is 12 miles away....no cancelations of schools or businesses this week. What up with that?
