Not sure which this one is, im a Linehaul driver. Most smaller terms are good, larger ones are busy and complicated. Lewisberry location is a disaster and disorganised for a hub. Colo is organised, they have a huge lot for outbound and a lot for inbound. Both pups and 53s are there. Dolly pen is easy to find. Hooking pups at colo is decent. Left package on front steps when sign on front door clearly states "ALL PACKAGES PLEASE PUT IN BACK DOOR." He scanned an ran. I have a ring camera.
The weekend drivers a STUPID and LAZY!! I never get my packages, (mostly on the weekends) ! They always seem to think #33 is the hub and that they will deliver to the right home. I have complained numerous times to the head office. And nothing gets done they're still delivered to the wrong place!
My package is 3 days late. I'm reporting the items stolen! Every day I get a new update that my items are coming from this location and every day it says delivery not attempted. WHYYYY??? SO I'm assuming your employees have stolen my items.
I had a FedEx Express package scheduled for delivery that required my signature. The driver not only did not deliver said package to myself, but either delivered it someone else or signed for the package himself. Either way the name that signed for it was not mine. It has been 8 days and no resolution from FedEx which is an absolute nightmare to try and communicate with.
