Saying it out for delivery and never shows up
I had two packages scanned on to the delivery truck on Monday. ONE (box of contacts) was delivered tuesday. The other package (four truck tires) has still yet to be delivered but was scanned onto the delivery truck Monday morning. Tried reaching out to Fedex and just was put in an endless loop from AI. Selected multiple times to talk to a representative and it just kept looping me back to the begining. Amazon delivered tires the day they are to be delivered and they use a van for deliveries. I missed my package 3 days in a row due to work and had to pick it up here. I thought it would be difficult as this is not a store front and the entrance is a large employee parking lot but ... It was simple. I didn't even have to enter the fenced in facility, they brought my package out to me. Very nice staff as well thanks again!!
