They hire people who are unable to read or count. My packages that are delivered from this location have a less than 20% chance of reaching my house. They are usually at various neighbors houses. It is up to me to find them because Fedex is incompetent. I would give them a zero stars if it was an option. I have 5 signs with arrows and my house number pointing down my driveway and a sign on my porch with the house number. Yet still Fedex falls short. Customer service does not care about the problem. this is the second time they deliver a package to another address and a cc william sign for it who i don't know and doesn't live near me sigh for my package. I try calling fedex but no help there. my address is ### E Street Level plains al 36322 but sent we have the same zip code as Daleville it come up as Daleville . my opinion is that the driver went to an address in clayhatchee which there is a address ### east st and they have the same zip code also as us. but still no help from nobody. You can’t get a human on the phone and not sure on the Dothan office because I’m sure if the main company would have transferred me like I asked, they could have handled it with southern hospitality but we will never know because of their horrible customer service at the corp level.
