Came to wrong address twice. Package was addressed correctly. Called me both times for directions which they were given. Told me it did not require a signature. Day 3 finally came to correct address, but stated a signature was required. Front office gave them a map to my location on the property, but they didn’t attempt. They turned truck around and left property. Labeled it as a rejected package. Got a call from ground office two days later inviting me to come get packages myself. Had a package supposedly delivered yesterday. I go outside and it’s nowhere to be found, it wasn’t in my mailbox or anywhere around my complex. Tried to contact FedEx but the support tickets keep getting closed saying they are resolved. I haven’t even been spoken to about anything regarding my package. Then when I try to get support through other ways online, the website does not load anything properly. So I figured it might be easier to go in store so I went in person to the closest store and they told me they couldn’t help... read more
