FedEx Driver at 10:07am on 7/3 was driving 75-80mph between I-5 and and downtown on 44. Drove across merged lanes and double lines. Then weaved around cars in the right away.
Crappy dilivery. Put shit upside down when arrows point up.
Alexis was extremely helpful and kind, she went above and beyond to help me when I was in a pinch. During the holidays I know they’re extra busy and even with everything going on, everyone on-site was extremely friendly and kind. Thank you!
All reps are 'Off shore ' unable to contact Redding Fed Ex Hub on George Dr. Driver just dropping packages @ a random fence/gate snapping a picture stating package delivered. 'Off Shore' & AI unable to forward directions to my home to local hub ( I am rural) MapQuest & Google maps unreliable for my address. Used Fed Ex Site does not give enough space to type directions. Most On Line Companies don't use P.O. Box address no choice but to cancel orders that rely on Fed Ex. Question to Fed Ex why can't you have a way to contact ... read more
