Driver said we were not here and we were. Now says will try again in two days. But theres a storm. So disappointing

Had a package supposedly delivered yesterday. I go outside and it’s nowhere to be found, it wasn’t in my mailbox or anywhere around my complex. Tried to contact FedEx but the support tickets keep getting closed saying they are resolved. I haven’t even been spoken to about anything regarding my package. Then when I try to get support through other ways online, the website does not load anything properly. So I figured it might be easier to go in store so I went in person to the closest store and they told me they couldn’t help... read more
The FedEx driver that has been bringing me my packages the last three times has been without a doubt the best delivery person anyone could ask for. He always calls me by my first name, always has a smile, and always carries the package right to the front door . Thank you FedEx.
