Had two separate orders that were delivered to wrong address with pictures and all. I live in mobile home 5 , they delivered to apt. 5. both time and one order was 2 love seats not something I could retrieve easly. I have even stated on the address mobile home 5. but I guess with the AI use in service now there is no require reading to verify ,customers. very sad though they were a reliable company till now.
Came to wrong address twice. Package was addressed correctly. Called me both times for directions which they were given. Told me it did not require a signature. Day 3 finally came to correct address, but stated a signature was required. Front office gave them a map to my location on the property, but they didn’t attempt. They turned truck around and left property. Labeled it as a rejected package. Got a call from ground office two days later inviting me to come get packages myself.
