You always know when they have the Amazon contract because if Amazon tells you it is arriving that day ups has it at the door before notification. When fedex has it i get the notification and maybe a week later it shows up

These guys are absolutely terrible. Their new motto should be rain snow or sleet we might make it there in a week. I've been waiting for a package for right at a week now and they keep updating saying delayed due to bad weather although it's funny that UPS can deliver and the bus can get my kids home, but it's too dangerous for FedEx. Joke of a delivery company.

FedEx failed to deliver my packages from an order, but marked them as delivered. After I called to inquire, I was told that sometimes happens but my packages could still be on the delivery truck or at the facility. They started a claim and told me I’d hear back within 24 hours. Holiday weekend so figure that meant business hours. Still nothing, so I called to inquire again. 2nd day in a row of "customer wasn't available or business closed" for packages I don't even need to sign for. I can also clearly see on the camera that a delivery driver hasn't even attempted to come by the house.
