FedEx failed to deliver my packages from an order, but marked them as delivered. After I called to inquire, I was told that sometimes happens but my packages could still be on the delivery truck or at the facility. They started a claim and told me I’d hear back within 24 hours. Holiday weekend so figure that meant business hours. Still nothing, so I called to inquire again. 2nd day in a row of "customer wasn't available or business closed" for packages I don't even need to sign for. I can also clearly see on the camera that a delivery driver hasn't even attempted to come by the house.

Package not delivered. Reason given: "business not open" A. It's not a business, it's a residence B. No signature required, so it didn't need to be open, or have someone available, just drop my package in the drive like always! Ridiculous!

I don't know if the delivery driver to Lenora isn't able to read the delivery notes that I put on Walmart orders, but I specify every time to leave the packages in the mud room/entryway to the house. Today 2 packages were delivered and like always were left outside regardless of the instructions. Today sent me over the top though because it is drizzling with 35mph sustained winds with 55mph gusts, and my one package was off in the yard while the other package was literally blown open, and now I have to climb my tree to fish ... read more
