5 days late, suddenly not scheduled to arrive until “end of the day”, which, apparently, isn’t until dark some time. Gee, thanks for your total lack of any customer support.
Did an overnight shipping. They actually call and tell you they have your package at the unit. Four stars for reaching out.
My little brother mailed me a package on 11/04/24. It never came. Upon further investigation, found out that the package is sitting in Arcata. They're claiming that they tried to deliver it, but couldn't find my address. Bunch of BS. They said I can't go pick it up from their office. And they're saying that I can't have it delivered to my house now. But they're perfectly willing to deliver it to the Dollar General. What the hell? What is wrong with this company?
