FedEx, both ground and regular, have the worst customer service ever. Supposedly, there was a security issue (whatever that means) and my package couldn't be delivered. I have construction near me but that doesn't stop other delivery companies from getting to my house. I can't get a person on the phone and the automated phone system is useless. We were expecting a couple of packages the other day and got the notification that they had both been delivered. Looking at the photo it was obvious that it was not our house. Going through the automated system produced nothing of substance other than contact our provider, not that they had delivered it! My wife finally got through to the the center who gave her a number to call which turned it to be USPS. If I could rate them with a zero I would. They talk in circles when customers call about late shipments. I have a driver on video not doing his job and when you call to file a complaint it goes nowhere and there is no accountability. Don’t get me started on calling customers service to resolve. Thinking about turning video into local police and filing charges.

For my computer being sent 140 miles next day, both name & address were put in incorrectly causing a next day to be another day where I had to drive an hour round trip to pick up at their office since address they listed didn't exist. Huge inconvenience!
