theodore(tj) is incompetent. dude needs to be fired. left me door tag for someone else's packages and also tried to deliver to wrong address twice. dude I talked to on phone was actually helpful. the customer reps at the 800 # need to be trained properly. im not a fan of fedex, never use them for deliveries. yall have one decent employee, he gets props.
