Package was delivered 6 days late. It was supposed to be delivered the 9th, then the 12th. Finally delivered tonight, didn’t ring the bell or leave package at the front door. Terrible customer service! I’m glad I didn’t have to pay shipping.
My package was on the truck for delivery on Saturday early am. Truck drove by our house around 7:00 pm slowly but did not leave package. Was taken back to facility. Back on truck early am today for delivery. Now won't be delivered until Monday. I needed it on Saturday so not pleased. It was snowing but USPS and UPS were delivering!!
