Fed ex delivered to the wrong house - again! This is like the 5th time they have delivered to the home located on “W” central ave - when the order is supposed to go the “E” central ave. You would think after 1 or 2 discussions about them doing this - they would get it right. But, obviously NOT !
Package tracking shows that for the last 4 days it is on truck for delivery and no delivery was attempted. Called local number and they do not answer. The 800 number is no help. Transferred to 4 different people and told the same thing, “on truck for delivery “. Absolutely the worst shipping company there is.
Our delivery person (Justin) went above and beyond to deliver our package at a late hour. He is an asset to Fedex. We're glad we have a decent delivery guy. Thanks Justin.
Rural -multiple delivery attempts with confusing and questionable failure reason cited. But new driver Ramon delivered no problems - he was great!
We had a package delivered today at 1:30 this afternoon and the package was wide open and nothing was in it and the driver delivered it here anyway
