Seen fed ex trucks in our community everyday and for some reason they can't deliver my meds package that's been out for a week to deliver Now it's being sent back. Very poor service . Never had problem before but the last couple deliveries.
I had a package delayed for some odd reason. So I went to the show low ground location across from the airport, and Michelle who was working there was able to track it, and get it for me within 15 minutes. 5 stars for Michelle. Thank you very much.
Fedx driver left 3 packages at a rv and all belonged at different addresses none being the address he left them at
Worst delivery company in the country. Totally incompetent.
Didn't accept my vacation hold. Could not read which door to deliver the package to. Had to return the next day after I yelled at them.
