These guys are terrible. I had a package delivered to my house that isn't mine. I called customer service and, after talking to their robo help, finally got to a live person. After playing 20 questions, I was assured that the package would be picked up the next day. I took a look the following day after work to see if it was gone. Instead, they delivered a second package, which is also not mine. I tried calling customer service again, but they were closed. I tried emailing them and have had no response. When I called the company to find a direct number to our driver they said they don't know the drivers numbers 😂 I don't know what ls going on but fed ex is definitely my last choice for deliveries, have plenty of poor experiences with them.

Have had numerous packages delivered to the wrong address. Packages supposed to be signed for get left out. Called them 10 minutes after a drop off because it wasn't my house and they failed to do anything. Quite a few deliveries had been damaged. Probably better off picking them up personally then flipping a coin on it being dropped off on the same block it's supposed to be delivered.
