I specifically request packages be delivered to my porch or front door. 99 percent of drivers follow instructions. I ask this because my husband is in home hospice and leaving hi. alone to get down our driveway can be a challenge. One driver keeps writing notes on my packages to get a drop box. Literally takes the time to write a note ON the box. I get deliveries from FedEx and other carriers almost every day. Our address is on a sign on a post at the end of our driveway. They never came to my house. The tracking number didn't even belong to me. There is no way to contact the local carriers. All I could speak with was a machine. I suppose the drivers will be replaced by machines one day also.

I paid extra to have my package delivered within a couple of days, and fed ex lost my package, made me wait 2 weeks and didn't give me a refund on my expensive shipping costs. I had ordered a part for my car, so because of FedEx, I'm out of 50 dollars for shipping, and I had to miss work because they didn't deliver my car part on time. Whole company is a joke. Use Amazon.

Been waiting on a package from the since 2/26/2026 it's now 3/4/2026 i will not ship Fedex also will Advise seller's to Avoid them.
