Every package that goes through FedEx is an absolute headache. Ive had better service through usps, there’s a reason why they don’t have a phone number set up for customer support at this location.

Update! The issue was resolved and finally taken care of when customer service did their job and got in touch with the location. The driver was not thieving the packages! He was able to locate and retrieve my packages and return them them. I appreciate everyone that did their part. The delivery driver for my area in warner, ok is a thief! He/she has stolen 4 packages and over 1500 dollars in merchandise. I have sent countless hours on the phone with fedex trying to get the issue resolved. Waiting for driver Lacailyn to deliver my package. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but she couldn't find my house. Now she's running late and it says they'll deliver it tomorrow. Do I need to go in person to pick my package up? Fedex had no problem finding my house before. What happened? And judging from these reviews it's like they hired a bunch of Amazon drivers

FedEx delivery is a joke I would not give them any stars but had to so I could commit I paid extra for a fast delivery with a birthday present was supposed to be delivered Saturday May 3 then got changed to today and know FedEx is saying it will be tomorrow very disappointed in FedEx and I would really like for this present to get here because know it's already 2 days late why did I pay extra for fast delivery but still waiting on it so not cool FedEx really needs to step up it's game and do better
