Still waiting on DANNIE ( driver) to deliver a package that was sent on Monday morning when FedEx said should arrive Tuesday (TODAY IS FRIDAY NOON). He or she has had it on the truck for THREE DAYS and it still has not been delivered. Nothing like paying $20 to have a letter delivered quickly and FEDEX not getting it done. How about FIRE EVERYONE IN THE MCALESTER HUB!!
Every package that goes through FedEx is an absolute headache. Ive had better service through usps, there’s a reason why they don’t have a phone number set up for customer support at this location.
Update! The issue was resolved and finally taken care of when customer service did their job and got in touch with the location. The driver was not thieving the packages! He was able to locate and retrieve my packages and return them them. I appreciate everyone that did their part. The delivery driver for my area in warner, ok is a thief! He/she has stolen 4 packages and over 1500 dollars in merchandise. I have sent countless hours on the phone with fedex trying to get the issue resolved.
