Took the day off to get the package thay required a signature for. They never showed up and just marked it as no one home, and posted a picture their hand or something. Not one of my 4 cameras picked up the fedex truck. Definitely never made it to my house.
Terrible service. I was supposed to have received a package requiring my signature yesterday. I took time off during the parameter I was given by FedEx. It didn't arrive. Again, I was given a time parameter today and took time off per the required signature. Still, no package. Trying to reach customer service is like talking to a rock. They've gone the AI route, and it's horrible!
I have NEVER had a delivery from Stewartville fed ex ground that was problem free. Late deliveries, delivered to a shed out in back of the main house where my products froze and burst, and not putting packages inside the garage out of the weather. All the reviews going back 7 years are the same. How can this be a legitimate business?
