I ordered a pool, they never updated any information. I drove an hour to their facility for them to tell me another facility lost my package. But they did make it right and my replacement arrived super quick. These are good folks trying to help as much as possible. Thank yall for all the help.
Garbage company with terrible customer service. Medication that was shipped cold was left to heat up in a truck for days and I still haven't gotten it because they don't have enough people to offload the truck. No reason to ever use this company again since they have no qualms about playing games with people's medication. Plus they won't call me back
